Kansas Ctiy ASHRAE Scholarship Program: 2010-2011!

The Kansas City Chapter of ASHRAE will be awarding three student scholarships again this year. Please have all applications completed and sent to Chad Bertlesmeier by Monday, March 22nd, 2010.

KC ASHRAE Scholarship (2):
These $1,000 scholarships will be given to students who plan to pursue a career in the field of HVAC&R and who show exceptional character and leadership qualities in their ASHRAE chapter as well as other campus organizations.

Past Presidents Scholarship (1):
This $2,000 scholarship is given in honor of the past presidents of the Kansas City Chapter of ASHRAE. It will be given to a student with strong financial need and shows exceptional character and leadership qualities in their ASHRAE chapter as well as other campus organizations.

Members needed to Sposor Student Meals at March Tour Meeting

At the next meeting, we are expecting several student members to attend representing our three student branches at KU, KSU, and UMKC. We would like to continue the tradition of our membership sponsoring these student members by paying for his or her meal. You can sponsor one or several students as an individual or, as a company.

If you would like to sponsor, please include this with your RSVP to Jerri. Your name will be added to our sponsors list and you can make your payment ($10 per sponsored student) at the check-in table that night.
