Job Shadowing Volunteers Needed!
ASHRAE members –
A goal for the ASHRAE student activities group is to promote ASHRAE and Engineering more heavily towards high school students. The way in which we have decided to do so, is to offer our future engineers a chance to shadow a “real” engineer and learn what their typical day would be like.
We ask you all to please participate and sign up for this program. The program will take place during the spring semester and volunteers are free to set their own day and schedule for the shadowing. For a couple hours one day, you would discuss your job and what it entails, brighten a student’s day, and help promote engineering and ASHRAE to the up-coming generation.
Please email your contact information (Name/Position/Type of engineer/Company/Phone #) to Chad.Bertelsmeier@Siemens.com and someone will contact you with further information
For now, thanks for participating and we greatly appreciate all your help!
